NORTH MANCHESTER — Jacob A. Chapman, 36, North Manchester, went to be with Jesus at 8:04 p.m. Thursday, May 25, 2017, at his home.
Jacob was born Oct. 16, 1980, in San Diego County, Calif. He married Sarah Murray in North Manchester on Sept. 10, 2011.
He was working as a supervisor at Maple Leaf Farms, Milford. He attended Victory Christian Fellowship, North Manchester. Jacob enjoyed gardening and cooking, and loved his girls. He gave God the glory for everything he had, and cherished his wife, Sarah.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Chapman, North Manchester; three daughters: Avalee Mae Sue Chapman, North Manchester; Abigail Caitlyn Chapman, Columbia City; and Carmah Louise Parr, North Manchester; father, Michael Chapman, Fort Wayne; mother and stepfather, Susan (Russ) Roesner, North Manchester; grandparents, Richard Roesner, Warsaw, and Arlene (Ray) Chapman Hankee Conn, Fort Wayne; brothers and sister, Benjamin C. (Jamie) Nielsen, Ogden, Utah; Joshua Chapman, Fort Wayne; Andrea Roesner, North Manchester; and Mason Roesner, Warsaw; and his in-laws, Steve and Marie Hartin, Roy, Utah, and Lance and Glenda Murray, Stansbury, Utah.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, at Victory Fellowship Church, 112 W. Main St., North Manchester, with Pastor Timothy Morbitzer officiating. Burial will be in Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
