Middletown - Jack R. Dellinger, 63, died Nov. 2, 2008, at Parkview Nursing Home, Muncie, after an extended illness.
He was born Aug. 13, 1945, in Anderson, to the Rev. Lloyd and Margaret Forney Dellinger.
Surviving are two brothers, including Max (and spouse Patsy) Dellinger, Leesburg. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Ballard and Sons Funeral Home, Middletown, with the Revs. Marty Ballard and Claude Creel officiating. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery, Middletown.
Calling is from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
