Jack Michael SkeansJack Michael Skeans, “Happy Jack,” age 70, passed away suddenly on Jan. 24, 2022, in McHenry, Ill.
He was a graduate of Warsaw High School and received his associate’s degree from Ivy Tech College. He also served in the Indiana Army National Guard. He was a graphic designer for many years until his retirement. In his spare time, he loved to draw, paint, woodworking and tool restoration. Jack loved all sports, especially the Michigan Wolverines.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Loralie; sons: Luke, Sean; and daughter, Anne; brothers: Jim, Jerry, Terry, Ted and Joe; sisters: Barbara, Linda, Alice and Jan; and many nieces, nephews and their children. His grandchildren were the light of his life: Teron, Aiden, Layla, Adeline and Wyatt. He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Rebecca Skeans.
Jack will be honored in a celebration of life, which will be scheduled at a later date.
