Jack Lee ‘Cookie’ CookNORTH MANCHESTER – Jack Lee “Cookie” Cook, 69, Kokomo, died April 12, 2022, at home.
Jack was born Feb. 9, 1953, in Kokomo, to Elmer and Madora Hood Cook.
Jack served in the Air Force for four years as a military police sergeant and then served another eight years as a nurse for the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his daughter, Tabitha (Lowill) McKinney, North Manchester; and grandchild, Brandon (Lydia Combs) McKinney, North Manchester.
Family and friends may call Saturday, April 16 from 1 to 3 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. Funeral services will begin at the conclusion of calling. Pastor J.P. Freeman will officiate.
