BOURBON — Jack Bernell Cummins Sr., 78, Bourbon, died at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018, at home.
He was born Nov. 22, 1939, in LaPorte, to Harry and Sylvia Brannan Cummins. He married Sarah Luvenia Johnson on Sept. 19, 1959, in Plymouth. She died Nov. 23, 2002. He married Gloria Thompson on Oct. 23, 2004, in Inwood. She died Aug. 27, 2014.
A celebration of his life will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Inwood United Methodist Church, 11211 Hawthorn Road, Plymouth.
