Staff Report-
SOUTH BEND – Ivy Tech Community College will hold auditions for the Don Nigro play “Cinderella Waltz,” from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and Feb. 9 in room 1148 on the South Bend campus, 220 Dean Johnson Blvd. Production dates are March 29, 30, 31 and April 6, 7, 13 and 14. Performances will be staged at Ivy Tech’s South Bend, Elkhart County (Goshen) and Warsaw campuses. The play calls for five women and four men. “Cinderella Waltz” tells the story of Rosey Snow, who is trapped in a fairy tale world that is by turns funny and a little frightening, with her stepsisters Goneril and Regan, her demented stepmother, her lecherous father, a bewildered prince, a fairy godmother who sings salty old sailor songs, a troll and a possibly homicidal village idiot.
