Ivy Tech Fort Wayne & Kosciusko County’s A Reason To Taste Culinary Fundraiser Set For Nov. 20

FORT WAYNE - Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne and Kosciusko County invites the community to a night of fine dining and fun at A Reason to Taste: Autumn Moon Nov. 20.
The event’s cocktail hour is 6 to 6:45 p.m. with its celebration set for 7 to 9 p.m. at the Parkview Mirro Center, 10622 Parkview Plaza Drive, Fort Wayne.
A Reason to Taste is College’s premier fundraiser, supporting hands-on learning opportunities that prepare students for successful culinary careers in northeast Indiana including student scholarships, a chance to study culinary arts abroad and sustaining our lab spaces.
The night will feature five food stations including a salad station, hog roast station provided by Gunthorp Farms, beef tenderloin station, walleye station and dessert bar. There will also be live music, a silent auction and cocktail hour.
Attendees are asked to wear semi-formal attire. Tickets are $150 each and are available online at IvyTech.edu/reason
Fort Wayne Metals, Plumbers, Steamfitters & HVACR Service Technicians Local 166 and Steel Dynamics Inc. are table sponsors for the night, and Sweetwater Sound is the entertainment sponsor.
