Indiana University Foundation, Inc. (P.O. Box 500, Bloomington, IN 47402) is submitting a Notice of Intent letter to notify Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the residential development project to be located at 6179 North 2nd Street, Leesburg, IN 46538. Run-off from the project site will discharge to an onsite detention basin and Oswego Lake.
