Last week students in Mrs. McCammon's first-grade class at Pierceton Elementary worked to cheer on Mrs. Ball's fourth-grade class to do their best on the ISTEP. Shown are students working on posters to use during a short cheer time to motivate Ball's students to do their best. All across the school classes were paired up to "cheer on" the other grade levels. This "cheering" ranged from notes, posters or small treats.
