IPFW Warsaw Hosting Lean Network Meeting

On Feb. 29, from 8 to 10 a.m., the IPFW Warsaw Center will hold a Lean Network meeting sponsored by IPFW Division of Continuing Studies and The Purdue Technical Assistance Program.

Members of the Northeast Indiana Advanced Manufacturing (Lean) Network are invited to participate in the event to learn more about what other companies in the area are doing to build their Lean programs.

Participants also have the opportunity to network and share lessons learned from other Lean leaders.

The Northeast Indiana Advanced Manufacturing (Lean) Network brings together manufacturing leaders to discuss the newest trends in advanced manufacturing, especially within Lean, and to share lessons learned for the purpose of advancing the competitiveness of their companies and the region.

Beyond networking, activities will include, but are not limited to, plant tours, presentations on hot topics, demonstrations and panel discussions. The agenda is driven by the network.

Participation is the only cost for membership. Currently, more than 330 members representing more than 125 companies participate in chapters and activities in Fort Wayne and Warsaw.

It is facilitated by IPFW Division of Continuing Studies and Purdue Universfty Technical Assistance Program.
