FORT WAYNE - The Division of Organizational Leadership and Supervision at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne announced the approval of a new graduate certificate in organizational leadership. This certificate was developed to help individuals gain additional leadership knowledge and skills needed to enhance their careers.
The organizational leadership graduate certificate will specifically serve people with advanced degrees in other fields or students currently enrolled in other graduate programs seeking to augment their studies in leadership and/or human resources. It also will serve working adults with bachelor's degrees who do not wish to pursue a master's degree program, but want to advance their knowledge and skills in leadership and human resources.
This 15-credit hour certificate will provide students with a strong foundation of current research and best practices in leadership and human resource management. For those students who may wish to continue their education upon completing the certificate, all of the courses apply to the master's degree in organizational leadership and supervision.
