William Jorge Zambrano, son of Daniel A. and Amanda L. Shine Zambrano, 1103 Ranch Road, Warsaw, died at 11:18 p.m. March 16, 2012, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
He was born March 9, 2012, in South Bend.
Also surviving are grandparents, Mark and Claudia Shine, Lima, Ohio; Elaine Denise Zambrano, Trooper, Pa.; and great-grandparents, Jack and Virginia Shine, Lima, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a grandfather and eight great-grandparents.
A private graveside service will be conducted at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Christ’s Covenant Church, Winona Lake, with Pastor Larry McCall officiating.
