SYRACUSE - Makenna Ray Van Laeken, 6-week-old daughter of Michael and Cheryl Van Laeken, of Kimmell, died Dec. 3, 2008, in St. Louis Children's Hospital.
She was born Oct. 22, 2008, in Fort Wayne.
Also surviving are grandparents, John and Cindy Van Laeken, Warsaw, and Mark and Denise Grady, North Webster; and great-grandparents, Margaret Darr and Jane Grady. She was preceded in death by great-grandparents.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse, with Pastor Larry Rice officiating.
Calling is from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
