At 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies and Multi-Township EMS responded to a car rolled over near a ditch on Ind. 25 near CR 600W.
The gray Chevy Impala was driven by Brian Ambrose Cook, 36, of 3719 W. CR 100N, Warsaw. Deputies at the scene said the Cook swerved to miss a cat in the road and the vehicle went off the road.
Cook was issued a portable breathalyzer test and failed with a .134 blood alcohol content. One of Cook’s arms and hands had deep cuts that required stitches.
Cook was traveling with his infant son, Peyton, who is 7 months old. The infant had no injuries.
