Naomi Lee Turk, newborn daughter of Travis and Amy Hulstine Turk, 920 E. Market St., Warsaw, passed away at 7:56 p.m. Aug. 18, 2011, in DuPont Hospital, Fort Wayne. Also surviving are a sister, Alisa Lee Turk, Warsaw; grandparents, Rodney and Linda Hulstine, Wichita, Kan., and Theodore and Sandy Turk, Ashland, Ohio; and great-grandparents, Dean and Maxine Hulstine, Ashland, Kan., and Rosalyn Riggs, Coffeyville, Kan. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Christ’s Covenant Church, Winona Lake, officiated by Pastor Rod Valentine. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
