SYRACUSE – Alice Kaye Eden Spurlock, newborn daughter of William L. Spurlock and Kaylee A. Barth, Syracuse, was stillborn at 9:04 p.m. April 22, 2011, in Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City. Also surviving are a half sister, Chloe Spurlock, Syracuse; grandparents, Donna Barth, Syracuse, and Tom and Patty Spurlock, Columbia City; great-grandmother, Bethel Barth, Milford, and James and Barbara Campbell, Columbia City. She was preceded in death by her grandfather. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Milford Cemetery with the Rev. Dennis Bollenbacher officiating.
