Autumn Sage Oldfather, 14-day-old daughter of Mark R. and Kimberly Bradley Oldfather, North Manchester, died at 6:44 p.m. Nov. 17, 2011, in Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis.
She was born Nov. 3, 2011, in Indianapolis.
Also surviving are maternal grandparents, Pastor Lorren and Ruby Bradley, Silver Lake; paternal grandparents, Theodore and Marletta Oldfather, North Manchester; paternal great-grandparents, Keith and Naomi Wagoner, North Manchester; and three sisters, Sierra R., Brooke R. and Jorden P. Oldfather, all of North Manchester.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Warsaw Community Church, 103 Enterprise Drive, Warsaw, with Pastor Denny Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, North Manchester.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at McKee Mortuary, 1401 Ind. 114W, North Manchester.
