Baby Emmitt Michael Scott Francis passed away at 11:44 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, 2018, in Dupont Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Oct. 22, 2018, in Fort Wayne, to Taylor Rothenberger and Anthony Francis.
Surviving are his parents, Anthony Francis and Taylor Rothenberger, both of Warsaw; Taylor is also formerly of Avilla. Also surviving are maternal grandparents, Adam and Kelly Rothenberger, Avilla, and Erin Sampson (fiancé Justin Perry), Warsaw; sister, Olivia Rothenberger, Warsaw; brother, Addison Francis, Warsaw; uncles: Tanner Rothenberger, Ethan Francis, Tristan Rothenberger and Finn Sampson; and aunts, Ava Sampson and Lea Rothenberger.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Ellie Francis.
Funeral services and interment will be private.
