Surviving are her parents, Derrick and Ashley Elkins, Warsaw; three sisters: Leila, Emma and Wren, at home; maternal grandparents: Brian and Shelly Cotter, Mishawaka, and Laura Cotter, Osceola; paternal grandparents, Shawn Elkins, Cass County, Mich., and Julie Klase, Goshen; maternal great-grandparents, Larry and Wavelene Byrum, Ohio, and Lynn Cotter, Union City; and paternal great-grandparents: Wilbur and Carol Stockdale, Mishawaka; Larry Elkins, Elkhart; and Dan Hershberger, Indiana.
