NORTH WEBSTER – Elijah James Bowser, newborn son of Joshua R. and Stella K. Tilbury Bowser, Warsaw, was stillborn at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8, 2012, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. Surviving are a sister, Nevaeh Bowser; grandparents, James and Misuk Tilbury, Milford, and Terry Bowser and Eva Jo (and spouse John) Blackburn, all of Warsaw; a great-grandfather, Eugene Tilbury, Milford; and a step-great-grandfather, John Blackburn, Syracuse.
