Tatum Shay Baker-Berner, 5 days, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2018, in I.U. Health-Riley Hospital for Children.
He was born Nov. 14, 2018, in Warsaw, to Tyler Berner and Madeline Abshire. They survive in Warsaw.
Also surviving are a sister, Marley Abshire, Warsaw; and grandparents: Bridger Abshire, Syracuse; Joy Partlow-Fairchild, Elkhart; and Jim (spouse Sharon) Berner, Pierceton.
Tatum was preceded by a grandmother, Theresa Hodges.
Services will be at a later date.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is assisting the family with arrangements.
