FORT WAYNE – Infant Avery Elizabeth Rife died early Friday morning, Nov. 25, 2011, at Parkview North Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was born Nov. 24, 2011, in Fort Wayne to Chancey and Megan (Yoder) Rife of Oklahoma City, Okla., who survive. Also surviving are a twin brother, Jackson Gregory Rife; and grandparents Donald L. and Beth Yoder, Syracuse; and Jeannie Gonzales, Millersburg. She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Gregor Stephen Rife. A private family service will be held at a later date. Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is assisting with arrangements.
