PUBLIC NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY As required by 327 IAC5-6-5(5), the Indiana Department of Transportation hereby gives notice of future construction activity falling under NPDES storm water general permit rule covering construction 327 IAC 15-5. This purpose of this project is to improve the intersection of S.R. 15 and County Road 100. The project is located near Warsaw, Indiana in Kosciusko County.
