Public Notice of Construction Activity As required by 327-IAC-5-6-5(5), the Indiana Department of Transportation hereby gives notice of future construction activity falling under the NPDES storm water general permit rule coveting construction, 327 lAC 15-5. This project involves the construction of 0.61 acres of wetland mitigation for proposed project impacts at the SR 15 bridge replacement over the Norfolk & Westem Railroad. The project includes concrete removal to create the wetland mitigation area. The project is be located in an abandoned roadside parking area on the south side of US 30 between Fox Farm Road and North 350W.
