This notice is published in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (49CFR, Part 26). The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is proposing an overall goal of one point 6 percent (1.6%) for its Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for Federal Fiscal Year 2013-2015. The goal and the rationale for establishing it are available for inspection during normal business hours at INDOT for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication. Comments on the proposed overall goal will be accepted for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of this publication. a7
