Legal Notice for INDOT, Transit Programs Overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal.

This notice is published in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR, Part 26). The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Office of Transit is proposing an overall DBE utilization goal of 6.2 percent for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for federal fiscal years 2019 through 2021. The goal and the rationale for establishing it are available for inspection during normal business hours at INDOT's Office of Transit in Room N-955 (LP) of the Indiana State Government Center North, 100 N. Senate Avenue, Indianapolis, 46204, or at https://www.in.gov/indot/files/2018 DBE Participation Goal.pdf for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication. Comments on the proposed overall goal will be accepted for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication.
