This notice is published in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR, Part 26). The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is proposing an overall DBE utilization goal of 6.27 percent for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for federal fiscal years 2016 through 2018. The goal adn the rationale for establishing it are available for inspection during normal business hours at INDOT or at http://www.in.gov/indot/2436.htm for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication. Comments on the proposed overall goal will be accepted for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of this publication.
