COMPLAINT OF NORTHCREST R.V. PARK, BARBEE LANDING MOBILE HOME PARK, KUHN LAKESIDE RESORT, AND PINE BAY RESORT AGAINST THE LAKELAND REGIONAL SEWER DISTRICT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF SEWER UTILITY SERVICE
Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will conduct a public Prehearing Conference and Preliminary Hearing in the above-captioned Cause in Room 224 of the PNC Center, 101 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, commencing at 2:00 p.m. on September 26, 2017. This hearing is open to the public.
