Request for Proposals seeks Developer Services for a Development Project At the request of the Receiver for the property, the Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) was asked to explore an opportunity which may result in the State, in conjunction with a private partner, acquiring a parcel of land, commonly known as Oakwood Park, on Lake Wawasee in Syracuse, Indiana, for the public purpose of creating an additional state recreational area. The Indiana Finance Authority (IFA) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from developers who wish to enter into an agreement with the IFA to assist in acquiring and/or developing Oakwood Park; covering all associated State costs. The RFP describes the selection process and criteria that will be used to evaluate all responses.
