Indiana-American Water Announces Water Flushing Schedule For September

Indiana-American Water will begin flushing its water distribution system starting Tuesday through Sunday, Sept. 20.
The schedule is as follows:
• Tuesday, Sept. 15, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., CR 350N to Anchorage Road, Shelden Street and North Detroit Street including Northwest Woods at the Crossing.
Anchorage Road to Meijer. Bell Drive and CR 200N to Husky Trail, including Canterbury House Apartments.
Silveus Crossing from U.S. 30 to Madison School including McElroy Hill Business Park.
• Wednesday, Sept. 16, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Husky Trail from Harrison Ridge to Patterson Road including Mariner Drive. Also the entire hospital area.
North Detroit Street from Anchorage Road to Canal Street.
Arthur Street, East Sheridan Street, East Clark Street to North Cleveland Street. Also includes Hodges Addition.
• Thursday, Sept. 17, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Parker Street and Argonne Road from Dubois Drive to Durbin Street, Argonne Road to South Maple Avenue.
North Buffalo Street from Canal Street to Eagle Creek. High Street to West Street. Also entire downtown area.
• Friday, Sept. 18, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., East Fort Wayne Street to East Center Street, North Detroit Street to North Bronson Street, East Center Street exit to Paths of Deerfield.
Hand Avenue to Winona Lake, West Market Street to Smith Street.
• Saturday, Sept. 19, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., all of Boggs and Phillips Additions, all of Winona Lake.
• Sunday, Sept. 20 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eagle Creek to CR 200S and South Union Street to Ranch Road.
Argonne Road going east to CR 250E and U.S. 30 East and Old Road 30E.
Customers may experience periods of discoloration and pressure fluctuation during the flushing period. Customers are asked to avoid doing laundry during these times. If you have any questions, call Indiana-American Water at 800-492-8373.
