Notice is hereby given that on April 29, 2021, Indiana-American Water Company, Inc., (“Petitioner”) filed a Petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Cause No. 45537 for approval of updated system development charges applicable to Petitioner’s water operations, approval of system development charges applicable to Petitioner’s wastewater operations, and approval of updated connection fees applicable to Petitioner’s water operations.
