Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department deputies and emergency personnel responded Sunday near 3 p.m at the intersection of Ind. 25 and Shilling Road regarding a 911 report of a crash. Officers found a single vehicle that had left the roadway for an unknown reason and collided with a tree. Inside the vehicle, deputies and first responders located the driver, William Haser, 66, Mentone. Haser was removed and transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital with minor injuries. Officers estimated damage to Haser's vehicle between $5000 and $10,000.
