Ind. 14 will be closed to through traffic 2.1 miles east of Ind. 15 while a drainage structure is installed east of CR 100W, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
The closure will last today through Friday. The marked detour will be on Ind. 15, Ind. 114 and Ind. 13, which adds approximately nine miles.
In Marshall County, east- and westbound U.S. 30 traffic will be restricted between U.S. 31 and Ind. 23 for bridge rehabilitations over Ind. 17, Western Avenue and abandoned Conrail Railroad. The restriction will be from today until Nov. 3. Travel lanes will be restricted to 12 feet.
East- and westbound traffic on I-80/90 will have six construction zones that will include lane restrictions and have limited access points. No dates were given for the construction.
Beginning at mile post 1 in Lake County, there will be possible plaza lane restrictions due to sewer line installation in the area.
From mile post 9 in Lake County to mile post 72 in St. Joseph County, daytime restrictions and delays are expected because of a wedge and level resurfacing project, a moving operation.
At mile post 17 in Lake County, there will be an interchange modification requiring traffic attempting to access U.S. 12/20 to follow a detour.
At mile post 39 in LaPorte County, there will be an overhead bridge rehabilitation project that may have daytime lane restrictions and cause delays. There also may be land restrictions on U.S. 421.
