NORTH MANCHESTER - The Indiana Department of Transportation announced that Ind. 14 between CR 300E and CR 400E is open once again.
The road was closed earlier last week due to a large void, or washout, in the eastbound lane.
The void was located over a culvert pipe, which had to be replaced. Crews finished the work early as the road was not originally expected to open until next week.
