SYRACUSE – Intermittent lane closures are expected during patching and resurfacing of Ind. 13 through Syracuse starting next week. The Indiana Department of Transportation has scheduled road patching to begin Aug. 20 on Ind. 13 between Harkless Drive and County Line Road, followed by asphalt resurfacing to begin by late August or early September. There will be alternating lane closures with flaggers to direct traffic during that time. The work is expected to be completed by the third week of October.
