NORTH MANCHESTER – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that Ind. 13 in North Manchester, between Briarwood and Hillcrest Drive, is scheduled to be closed Tuesday at 7 a.m., to rebuild the railroad crossing. The detour is from Ind. 114 to Ind. 13A (North Wayne Street) and is expected to be complete by 5 p.m. Sept. 18.
