Rebecca Dawson will present “Impulsive Behavior on Every Child’s Heart” at the Warsaw Community Public Library Tuesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Dawson is the author of “Stamped on Every Child’s Heart-Impulsive Behavior.” She obtained her Masters in Counseling from Grace College, and currently teaches college level behavioral science courses.
