NORTH MANCHESTER – Immigration attorney Laura Pontius will address recent changes to the immigration system and add context to the debate in sessions March 25-26 at Manchester University campuses.
Pontius has handled immigration cases in northern Indiana for individuals, families, businesses and nonprofit organizations. In her role with the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, she provides “Know Your Rights” legal sessions for the region’s immigrant community, as well as legal educational seminars for the non-immigrant community.
She will speak at 6 p.m. March 25 at the Fort Wayne campus, 10627 Diebold Road, and 3:30 p.m. March 26 in the Jo Young Switzer Center on East Street in North Manchester.
Both presentations are free, and the public is welcome.
