Ilo E. Swick, 94, of Sarasota, Fla., died at 1:30 a.m. Oct. 11, 2010, in Arden Courts, Sarasota.
She was born Nov. 5, 1915, in Claypool, to Harley R. and Minnie Mattix Regenos. On Dec. 20, 1942, in Akron, she married Allen L. Swick, who died Dec. 27, 1998.
She was a second-grade teacher for 40 years in Plymouth and South Bend. She lived in Florida since 1976. She was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Bradenton, Fla.
Surviving are a son, Jay (and spouse Candy) Swick, Sarasota; three grandsons, Matthew, Mark and Michael; and a great-granddaughter, Marin.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with Pastor Jim Beeler officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
