The applicant has submitted an application and a Notice of Intent (NOI) to comply with IC 13-18-10, 327 IAC 16, and 327 IAC 15-15. Public Review and Comment This application is available for review in the Office of Land Quality, 100 North Senate Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays, between the hours of 8;15 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST.
