I Love You, But ...

Editor, Times-Union:
To all my gay and lesbian friends,
I love you and want the very best for you.  You are created in the image of God and my Savior died for you, too.  You have a right to believe as you wish, and I would even go to war and die to defend your freedom.  If I owned a public restaurant or supermarket, I would welcome you with open arms to come in.
But please don’t ask me as a Christian to condone what the Bible calls sin.  And don’t ask me to invite any kind of display of evil into my church or home business.  This RFRA law is just stating that the government should never force me to go against my religious beliefs, but should defend my right to live by my religious beliefs.  How insensitive and intolerant of the LGBT community to want to force their lifestyle, wedding or explicit behavior into my church or home business, in front of the children!  I have a First Amendment Right to reject any open display of perversion the same as nudity, promiscuity, pornography, orgy, indecency or profanity!  And how totally insensitive of you to try to force your evil display into my home or sanctuary of worship.  May God show us all the evil of our ways.  And God, may I never discriminate against people, but ALWAYS discriminate against SIN; loving the sinner but hating the sin.
It happened to me! A couple came to look at houses I was selling.  As I was showing them a house, she became more and more indecent, to the point of nudity.
That’s when I told them I could not help them, I was not buying what she offered, and I asked them to leave.  Did I not have a right to refuse them service?  That is just one of many reasons why we need RFRA!
