Junior and Vicki Howard, Claypool, will be celebrating their 50th anniversary this weekend. Junior Howard and the former Vicki Bolinger were married Jan. 21, 1967. Junior worked for Black Oxide, Burket, for 42 years. Vicki is a homemaker. The couple’s children are Charles (Samantha) Howard, Disko, and Holly (Dave) Ousley, Pierceton.
