Editor, Times-Union: I saved the paper of Dec. 15, 2014, because I was so very impressed with the letter that high school student, Evan McKinley, Leesburg, submitted. His subject was about the housing ordinance the Warsaw City Council is trying to push through. His was one really well-thought-out article. His last sentence sums up with: “I have many more questions, but it seems apparent to me that this ordinance raises more questions than answers.” Maybe I’ve missed the answers to Evan’s questions?
