NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Housing Opportunities of Warsaw, Inc. is currently developing a Bidder's List for home renovation projects to be completed under the Kosciusko ARRA Owner Occupied Rehab Program. The program is funded by a Community Development Block Grant from the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority. Any Contractor interested in being placed on the Bidder's List and receiving written notification each time a home rehabilitation project is ready to be bid should submit the following documentations prior to December 31, 2010 to Housing Opportunities of Warsaw, Inc., 827 S Union Street Suite 230, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. 1) Name and Address, 2) Contact Person, 3) Names and Addresses of three Business References, 4) Names and Addresses of three Recent Customers, 5) Statement of experience and expertise relevant to home rehabilitation and 5) Proof of adequate insurance.
