PUBLIC NOTICE On or about July 10, 2009, Housing Opportunities of Warsaw, Inc. intends to apply to USDA Rural Development for a Housing Preservation Grant. These funds will be utilized throughout Kosciusko County for housing preservation for low to very low income families for preservation, rehabilitation and retrofitting their homes. Housing Opportunities of Warsaw, Inc. will hold a public hearing at Housing Opportunities of Warsaw, Inc. 827 S. Union Street Suite 230, Warsaw, Indiana on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. to provide citizens an opportunity to express their views on community development and housing needs. Interested citizens are invited to provide comments regarding this issue either at the public hearing or by prior written statement. Pre applications for assistance under this program will be available at the public meeting. The application will be available for review and comment on June 24, 2009.
