PUBLIC HEARING Housing Opportunities of Warsaw, Inc. will hold a public hearing on February 29, 2012 at 4:30 pm, at the offices of Housing Opportunities, located at 109 W Catherine Street, Milford, Indiana, to provide citizens an opportunity to express their views on community developments and housing needs, past community development and housing activities concerning Community Block grant DR20R-009-027 obtained for the purposes of rehabilitation of homes through the ARRA ORR program to repair homes to qualify for weatherization. This CDBG program was funded by Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. The public is urged to attend and discuss housing needs and the possibility of the need to apply for housing grants. Records regarding the accounting of these beneficiaries and funds are available from Pamela Kennedy, Housing Opportunities, 109 W Catherine Street, PO Box 387, Milford, IN 46542. Interested citizens are invited to provide comments regarding these issues either at the public hearing or by prior written statement.
