The City of Warsaw is currently compiling a Bidder’s List for home renovation projects to be completed under the City of Warsaw Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program. The program will be funded by a State Community Development Grant from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. Any contractor interested in being placed on the bidder’s list and receiving notification each time a home rehabilitation project is ready to bid should submit the following documentation prior to July 24, 2015 to Housing Opportunities of Warsaw, Inc., 109 W Catherine Street, P O Box 387, Milford IN 46542. 1. Name and address. 2. Name and Address of three recent customers. 3. Proof of adequate insurance.
