Spanish-speaking residents of Warsaw now have help in keeping abreast on city housing requirements and standards. A new brochure titled "City of Warsaw Neighborhood Property Standards" has been translated into Spanish.
The brochure explains city policy on building standards and permits, occupancy requirements, smoke detectors, 911 numbering, weed control, residential trash and abandoned vehicles. It also gives compliance guidelines and directions on how to report violations.
Written in easy-to-understand language, the brochure is available in English and Spanish from Code Enforcement & Building Services at 794 W. Center St. For more information, call 372-9548.
