Velma Horn, Warsaw, celebrated her 95th birthday Thursday. The former Velma Eiler was born Sept. 11, 1919. In 1941, she married Harold E. Horn, who passed away July 10, 2014. They were married 73 years, and had three children: Fred (and spouse Debbie) Horn, Cartersville, Ga.; Mick (and spouse Janice) Horn, Deedsville; and Vicki (and spouse Tim) Mickel, Mentone.
