Christopher and Tawn Hoover, Zionsville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Hoover, Zionsville, to Colin Clemens, Warsaw. He is the son of Gordon and Dana Clemens, Warsaw. The bride-to-be is an accountant at Zimmer, Warsaw. She graduated from Zionsville Community High School in 2008 and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Manchester College in December 2012. The groom-elect is an associate business development manager at The RECON Co. LLC, Warsaw. He graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2006 and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Manchester College in May 2010. The couple plan a Sept. 14, 2013, wedding.
